School Liaison Coach

Service Description

School Liaison Coaches monitor academic progress of second chance and at-promise students including assisting students with obtaining legal documentation to attend college, assist with logistics related to workforce development opportunities, accompanying students to local college campuses to help with applications for college and settling in after acceptance, ensure credit recovery efforts and oversight as needed for graduation, and coordinate intensive, flexible tutoring sessions.
