Accessibility arrangements in the organization

Bravo and the Dreamcatcher, Inc. (BravoTDC) operates primarily as a virtual organization. Our administrative services, consultations, and client communications are delivered remotely, allowing us to serve school districts and educational partners across the country without requiring visitors to come to a central office location.

In-Person Service Delivery

When BravoTDC staff deliver professional development, training, or direct services in person, those services are conducted at the client's facility — typically a school campus, district office, or conference center. In these cases, the hosting organization is responsible for ensuring physical accessibility of its own facilities. BravoTDC staff are committed to working within whatever accessibility arrangements the host location has in place, and we encourage our host partners to notify us in advance of any specific accessibility needs so we can plan accordingly.

Virtual Meeting Accessibility

All virtual meetings and consultations conducted by BravoTDC are hosted via [enter platform — e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet], which supports the following accessibility features:

Closed captioning and live transcription
Screen reader compatibility
Keyboard navigation
Meeting recordings available upon request for participants who require additional review time
